RETURNS

If you would like to return an item, you have 14 business days from the date of purchase to send it back to us. If 14 business days have passed since your purchase was made, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

All returned items must be:

• Unworn

• In the same condition you received it in

• In the same packaging you received it in

• With the labels intact

 

In order to return an item/ items to us, send us an email on info@tatlimofficial.com with the subject as 'Return Request' and mention your name, the item you would like to return, alongside the order number. Following this, one of our team will get in touch within 24 hours, providing you with a returns form. Fill out this form, and send it back to us with the item you wish to return as soon as possible. We will then either approve or reject then return request based on the above conditions. Once your return has been approved, we will let you know by email.

In the parcel, pack:

• All of the returned items

• Completed returns form

Please do not forget to keep proof of postage or a tracking number, as we will require this information should there be any issues with your return.

We aim to process all returns within 14 days, however please note this could take up to 28 days. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email and will be notified along the way.

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards

• Sale items

• Socks

• Underwear

• Swimwear

• Pierced jewellery

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

If your return has been accepted, a refund will be issued back to you through your original method of payment.

Please note: this may take unto 28 days. 

There is often some processing time before a refund is received.
