Frequently asked questions

What currency are your prices in?


Our prices are displayed in pound sterling (GBP).




When will my order arrive?


Your order will arrive within the time periods displayed under the delivery page. UK: 5-7 working days Rest of the world: 7-10 working days Please allow up to 5 additional business days on top of the delivery times for the processing of your order.




I placed an order and received an email saying the item/(s) are out of stock


We apologise for any inconvenience. Occassionally with products that are limited in stock, should there be a high amount of traffic, the sale may go through before the inventory updates. If this happens, you will receive a full refund for any items that we are unable to fulfil.




I tried to place an order and my credit card was declined/ I experienced some payment error


With payment errors, we advise you contact your bank or try to pay with a different card, or perhaps PayPal. Errors can occur because the bank may have decided to block the transaction, something which we cannot resolve.




How do I create an account?


Depending on whether you are accessing our store via mobile or desktop: Using a mobile, the log in button will appear within the menu on the left hand side of the screen. Using a desktop, the log in button will appear on the top right hand corner. Once you have pressed the log in button, there will be an option for you to create an account. Creating an account can be advantageous for multiple reasons such as checking out quicker.




How do I register for the newsletter?


The newsletter page can be accessed from the bottom of the page on either a mobile device or desktop. Please fill in the fields accordingly if you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, select the confirmation of subscribing, and submit the form. By signing up to our newsletter, you will receive information from us regarding our latest releases, any news, and any exclusive offers that are only sent out via newsletters.




Which methods of payment do you accept?


We accept Visa Debit, VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express. If you have any questions, please get in touch via our live chat for immediate help.




Can my order be sent out as a gift?


Unfortunately we cannot mark orders as gifts yet, however, we are looking to change this soon.




Can I return an item?


If you would like to return an item, you have 14 business days from the date of purchase to send it back to us. If 14 business days have passed since your purchase was made, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Can I exchange an item?


Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges.




Am I eligible for a refund?


If your return has been accepted, a refund will be issued back to you through your original method of payment. Please note: this may take unto 28 days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

I placed an order but have not yet received a confirmation email


Sometimes there may be delays with our system when it comes to getting emails out. If you have placed a successful order and still havent received your confirmation order, please check your junk mail folder. If it isn't there, or you believe you may have entered incorrect details, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will resend the email to the appropriate address.
